Mirand
I'm Mirand. Standing at 174 cm (5'9"), weighing 72 kg (159 lbs), and with over 10 years of training experience, I've built my physique and strength through years of disciplined calisthenics and strength training. I don't believe coaching is about sending workout plans or counting reps. Coaching is about building people.
My mission is to develop athletes who are strong not only physically, but mentally. Strength without discipline is temporary. Talent without consistency is wasted. Results are earned through accountability, hard work, and the willingness to do what others won't.
I believe in mastering the fundamentals before chasing advanced skills. A solid foundation creates athletes who perform better, stay healthier, and continue progressing for years instead of months.
As a coach, I demand commitment because I hold myself to the same standard. I don't ask my athletes to do anything I'm not willing to do myself. My role isn't to motivate people with empty words—it's to create an environment where discipline becomes a habit and excellence becomes the expectation.
Every athlete is different, which is why I focus on understanding the individual, identifying weaknesses, and creating a path that fits their goals while constantly pushing them beyond what they thought was possible.
My coaching combines calisthenics, strength training, and intelligent programming to develop complete athletes—not just people who can perform impressive skills, but individuals who move well, are genuinely strong, and carry confidence into every aspect of life. Above all, I believe integrity matters more than success. Achievements earned by compromising your values are empty. The goal isn't simply to become stronger—it's to become the kind of person that strength represents.
Train with purpose. Stay disciplined. Earn your results.
