About body language
One of the languages our bodies communicate with is pain - that’s true. But that’s only one facet of his/her language. Before the pain the messages are often: discomfort, tension, weakness, insecurity, numbness, lack of flow, …
What happens when we learn again to listen, and understand our bodies signals?
Can we prevent pain, localise and release it ourselves and find the right therapist or trainer as suport?
Also there are different kinds of pain. Muscular pain differs from joint or inflammation pain and Organs communicate discomfort often in pain over the muscular system. Being able to feel what actually hurts can help to figure out why it hurts and how it can be released.

After injuring my back with Yoga and Acrobatics in 2018 I couldn’t move at all for a year. As my body communicated to be ready for movememt again I went back to a very simple and therapeutic Yoga practice. It took me over 2 years to recover. This experience sbowed me that only I know what helps my body coming back to it’s center and release the tension and pain.
Therapists have been very important for my recovery. About how I found the right support in each state of healing I’m happy to share with you in person.
